Hi i just instal DDR memory in Desktop, but when i start my monitor just show me no signal?

Hi i just instal DDR memory in Desktop, but when i start my monitor just show me no signal. then i pull out the new memory and just instal back old DDR and still not working.

1. you either didnt get one in right or its the wrong kind or it dont acept 1 gb chips you aded tell me more does it have 4 or 2 slots 4 slots is duall chanell and usually only acepts 512mb ram and must be added 2 chips at a time in the right spots and must be matched chips theirs a lot more to memory than many people think so is their 4 or 2 is it 2100 or 3200 or 4200 their all diferent
2. I think DDR-RAM is not compatible with your system
3. If your computer has "On Board Video" and has a separate video card installed there are 2 places you could plug your monitor cable into. Make sure it's plugged into the right one. The Video Card one is usually lower on the rear of the computer than the on-board.
